  • External Research Requests: Any external research request, in which BU faculty and students are asked to participate in any research project/study conducted by researchers not affiliated with BU, must first obtain ethical clearance from the Office of the Dean of Research. Should faculty members receive external research requests, please advise them to contact the DOR. BU faculty and students should also sign a consent form before they could participate in such studies.

Bethlehem University Tourism Institute (BUTi)

 

For the second consecutive year, Bethlehem University Tourism Institute (BUTi) is delighted to announce for the prize of:

“Mrs. Wedad Abu-Dayyeh’s Academic Excellence Award in the Field of Hotel Management & Tourism for the Year 2020”

to a fourth-year female student in the BSc. Program of Hotel Management, who manages to earn the highest (Cum. GPA) among her female colleagues as per the scores of the graduation semester in the current academic year 2019-2020. The cash prize of (USD 2,000) with a certificate of academic excellence shall be awarded to the successful graduate during her graduation ceremony from the University.

Dean of Students Office

 

Deal of the Century

The Dean of Students Office, the Student Senate, and the Progressive Labor Front organized on Wednesday, 29 January 2020, a stand against the so-called deal of the century that was announced by the American President. Later, a group of students and employees participated in the march that was called for by the factional coordination committee in Bethlehem.

 

"The Martyr Baha Alyan" Exhibition 

The Student Senate, under the supervision of the Dean of Students Office, organized an exhibition titled "The Martyr Baha Alyan” on Thursday, 30 January 2020. The exhibition included a book fair and an art exhibition of paintings by BU students.

 

The Student Mohammed Abu Aker Released 

The Dean of Students Office congratulates the student Mohammad Abu Aker who was released from the occupation prison after spending 15 months. We wish Mohammad all the success in continuing his education.
