The Jesuits of the Near East Province and the De La Salle Brothers invite the faculty and staff of Bethlehem University to be with Fr. Peter DuBrul who is celebrating the 50th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood this year.

You are invited to celebrate with him at Mass on Saturday, 14 September 2019 at 18:00 in the Chapel of the Divine Child at Bethlehem University. A reception in Millennium Plaza will follow the Mass.

Bethlehem University Tourism Institute (BUTi)

 

For the second consecutive year, Bethlehem University Tourism Institute (BUTi) is delighted to announce the prize of;

“Mrs. Wedad Abu-Dayyeh’s Academic Excellence Award in the Field of Hotel Management & Tourism for the Year 2020”

to a fourth-year female student in the BSc. Program of Hotel Management, who manages to earn the highest (Cum. GPA) among her female colleagues as per the scores of the graduation semester in the current academic year 2019-2020. The cash prize of (USD 2,000) with a certificate of academic excellence will be awarded to the successful graduate during her Graduation Ceremony from the University.

Dean of Research Office

 
  • The Office of the Dean of Research, in coordination with the Research Council, is pleased to invite you to the first meeting of the BU research group workshop series for the new academic year titled, "The Research Proposal: From an idea to an article." This panel will host Dr. Ferdoos Al-Issa, Chair of the Social Sciences Department, Dr. Michel Hanania, Chair of the Chemistry Department and Dean of Science, and Dr. Said Ayyad, Chair of the Arabic Department, who will share their success stories in the Internal Research Grants especially the way they developed their research proposals from an idea to a publishable article. The panel will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, 12 September 2019, in Furno Hall.
    The BU Research group will host various researchers and colleagues throughout the year to talk about different aspects of research development.

    Your participation enriches the discussion and promotes a culture of excellence in research at BU.
