Occupation Therapy Students Conduct Community Projects

As part of their Teaching and Presentation Skills course, Bethlehem University’s Occupational Therapy students conducted community projects in schools across Bethlehem and Jerusalem during October in commemoration of Occupational Therapy Day on 27 October.

The purpose of the visits was to raise awareness among secondary school students about the role of Occupational Therapy and its importance in promoting health and well-being. Additionally, the project aimed to promote the Occupational Therapy program at Bethlehem University, encouraging students to consider it as a future career path. Through interactive presentations and activities, the visits also sought to enhance students’ understanding of how Occupational Therapy supports individuals in improving their daily functioning and quality of life.
