Dear Student, 

Please prepare your study plan carefully and ONLY apply for courses approved by your Faculty / Department at Home University. 

There is no add-and-drop period at Lund University. This means that there are limited chances to change courses upon arrival. 

Full-time study at Lund University is 30 EU credits (converts to 15 US credits hour at Bethlehem University) per semester, corresponding to 30 ECTS credits.

A student with a disability:

Disability Support Services at Lund University offer several different forms of support for students who have long-term disabilities. 

To receive support, the student must have a certificate stating that the disability is long-term or permanent, and/or documentation from the home university.

Eligible StudentsApplicants must be currently enrolled as full-time students at Bethlehem University pursuing a year’s undergraduate degree and completed at least one academic year with a good command of no less than B2 English Language supported with a TOEFL / IPT active Certificate. 
Looking for a-Highly motivated with good academic standards (cumulative GPA and Major are 2.5 and above)b-The minimum course load required to take at LUND is 15 credits and is recommended by your academic advisor, Department Chairperson, and Dean.c-An open mind to new cultures.d-Willingness to follow LUND culture and rules.
Financial responsibilities LUND will cover Erasmus+ ICM total tuition fees, and will contribute to the flight price, and accommodation, with monthly pocket money during the entire hosting period.

2-Fill up with the assistance of your academic advisor BU List of Transferable Courses Under “Student Exchange Transferable Courses & Updated Paradigm.” Attached  3-All forms MUST be filled electronically (typed) not manually (hand-written).4-Please check and fill out these forms and submit them to the Academic Office to the kind attention of Mr. Mahdi Kleibo via email ONLY at mkleibo@bethlehem.edu before the announced deadline. 
5-Attach an official transcript of all college courses taken. You can get the transcript from the Registrar’s Office.
6-Attach TOFEL / ITP Exam Certificate (not less than level B2 English command and above)
7-Attach Motivational letter (one-page minimum)8-Make sure that you RECEIVE a formal response that your email was well delivered.Step Two:1-Once the Academic Office nominates your application, an official interview online with Host University will be organized. 2-The successful candidate(s) will receive an activation email via the Lund University application system with further instructions on how to complete their application online in SoleMove and upload supporting documents. 
3-The required documents vary depending on the subject the student will study at Lund University. Only electronic documents are accepted.

Exchange students can apply for ’Special Area Study’ (SAS) courses in subjects such as Swedish culture and society, European studies, regional courses, and global issues of contemporary interest. These courses do not usually require previous studies in the subject as an admission requirement.
