Can I eat/drink inside the testing room?

Nothing is allowed inside the testing room. No food or drink or tissues are allowed in the testing room. You may bring some food or drink to have during breaks or in the waiting area before and after your test. If you need tissues inside the testing room, you will need to ask us for that.

Can I bring friends/family with me to the testing center?

No friends or family are allowed in the testing center at all. However, any friends or family who come with you can wait for you in university.

When should I arrive at the testing center?

You should arrive 30 minutes prior to your test time. Our dedicated staff will contact you one or two days prior to your test to make sure you know everything.

Is there a storage locker for my personal belongings during the test?

Yes, there is a storage locker dedicated for every test-taker. You can securely store your personal belongings inside it during your test.

I have a medical condition, can I bring my medication with me in the testing room?

If you have a medical condition, and you require to bring medication into the testing room, you need to apply for accommodations by clicking on this link. However, if you only need the medication prior to your test or during your breaks, you can store it in your locker and access it accordingly during your breaks or before and after your test.

My test is not on your list of tests, what should I do?

If you wish to sit for a test that is not already listed in the  list of tests offered at our center, you can email us at [pearson@bethlehem.edu] and request that test. Accordingly, we will forward your request to the exam sponsor and hopefully be able to accommodate your request.

The name I have registered to sit for the test with is different from the name on my passport, what should I do?

Kindly visit the website you registered with for your test and change your name prior to the test. It is essential that you change your name prior to the test or else you might not be seated for the test. If you cannot change your registration name prior to the test, kindly contact us ASAP to check what we can do to help you IF POSSIBLE.

I don’t have a passport, can I still sit for a test?

Sitting for a test requires a primary ID and sometimes a secondary ID. This all depends on your exam sponsor. Some exam sponsors allow test-takers to use local ID or drivers’ license as long as it contains your photo, your name in English, and your signature. Kindly double check your exam sponsor website and contact us if you have any questions.

I have multiple passports, which one should I register with and bring to the testing center?

You can register to sit for your test using the passport you wish as long as you use the information provided in that passport for registration including the way your name is written and your nationality/citizenship.

What happens if I arrive later to the testing center?

According to Pearson Vue, if you are late by more than 15 minutes, your exam is canceled. However, the political situation in Palestine sometimes causes delays which are not caused by the test-taker. Accordingly, if you feel that you will be late due to road closures or checkpoints, kindly contact us via Whatsapp ASAP.

I want to reschedule my test. How can I do that?

Visit your exam sponsor’s website and sign in. Select the exam you’d like to reschedule or cancel from Upcoming Appointments. You will receive an email confirming any changes to your appointment. Don’t forget to click Confirm Reschedule on the final screen to ensure your changes have been saved.
