Dr. Najwan Adileh Publishes Chapter on Internal Branding and Employee Brand Commitment

Bethlehem University proudly announces that Dr. Najwan Adileh, an Assistant Professor in the Business Administration Department, has published a chapter titled “The Effect of Internal Branding Mechanisms on Employee Brand Commitment: Diversity Management & The Role of Gender” in the book “The Green Finance and Energy Transition”  published by Springer (2025).

Dr. Adileh’s research focuses on the role of internal branding mechanisms, such as HR practices, and their impact on employees’ commitment to the brand. Notably, the study highlights the importance of inclusive strategies and the role of gender in shaping employees’ perspectives on brand commitment.
