The Institute of Hotel Management & Tourism (IHMT) at Bethlehem University had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from 10th grade at Saint Joseph School, Bethlehem accompanied by their teacher, Ms. Marline Syriani.
The visiting students were warmly received by Mr. Elias Juha, Director of the Institute and Ms. Rania Abdel Nour, Administrative Assistant/Coordinator IATA Program who provided them with a comprehensive overview of the Institute’s programs and training opportunities.
As part of their visit, the students had the unique opportunity to engage in hands-on training alongside IHMT students led by Chef Peter Hermantas and Chef Ibrahim Asakra. They participated in a culinary experience, where they prepared a full meal consisting of a salad, main course, and dessert.
This interactive session allowed them to explore the art of food preparation and presentation, enhancing their understanding of hospitality skills in a real-world setting.
