Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Finances

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting date:  As soon as possible

The Administrative Assistant takes direction from and is directly supervised by the Vice President for Finances. The position holder is expected to deliver professional secretarial and administrative support to the Vice President for Finances. Providing a variety of clerical, administrative, data-collection, coordinating, and logistical services, the administrative assistant helps facilitate the operation of the office and the flow of work among the Finance Department personnel who work directly with the Vice President. The administrative assistant replaces the payroll administrator and the Finance Officer in their absence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Has knowledge and work experience with BISAN System software.
  • At least four years of experience assisting in finance administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
    • Ability to translate from and into either language.
  • Very proficient with Microsoft products, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer; ICDL certification; and the ability to construct professional electronic presentations.
