On Wednesday, 7th of December 2022, a total of 22 students of Grades 11and 12 from Em Salamoneh High School visited BU Library. The students were welcomed by the George Nasra team. They visited the Library where Mirna explained to them about all the facilities. Mary Morcos explained the displayed items in Turathuna. The two teachers that accompanied the students are BU graduates. They were happy to see the Library with all its facilities. Qais Taqtqa, one of the students, was well informed about the Palestinian old dresses on display as well as other traditional Palestinian pieces.
The students watched two short films and were impressed about what people wore in the 1930s as well as other traditional Palestinian items. Afterwards, the team took the students for a tour around campus.
