The Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management held the final exam for the ninth batch of Culinary Arts Program students, with the participation of the representative of the Ministry of Labor, Chef Peter Andonia, the international judge, Chef Peter Hermantas and Chef Rami Hosh, the program’s trainers. The exam was in the form of a competition, during which the students competed to prepare distinctive main dishes after a group of various ingredients were chosen by the judges.
It is noteworthy that the culinary arts program is one of the professional programs offered through the Institute of Tourism at Bethlehem University (BUTi) to prepare qualified cadres for the advancement of the tourism sector, while there are other programs such as hospitality arts, reception and housekeeping.
