At Bethlehem University, Bethlehem Business Incubator (BBI) and Yunus Social Business Centre (YSBC) organized a workshop for the incubated and accelerated startups to start the work on designing, branding and developing websites for their businesses.
In parallel with the work on developing the business plans with their mentors, the entrepreneurs joined this workshop to know more about the importance of designing an attractive brand; this includes the logo, brand book and all related materials. Moreover, experts in website-developing explained the main components of a professional website that fits with the startup needs. In the next two months, experts and designers in branding and website development will work with each startup to create a suitable and innovative brand and develop websites for the startups. This includes not only the provision of the services, but also training sessions for the entrepreneurs to be able to run and modify as needed in the future.
This activity is part of the ‘Start Your Business’ project, lead by VIS in partnership with Bethlehem University, CISP, Action Aid Palestine, Salesian Vocational Training Centre, University of Florence, and Municipality of Milan, Funded by the Italian Agency For Development Cooperation – AICS.
