The first student activity entitled “Be Kind to your Mind” was held on 7th April 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on the ground floor of the Library.
Student cell member, Jalil Sayeh prepared the power point on “Be Kind to your Mind”, very informative and useful information on how to go about on stress management, while Haitham Abu Zeina, gave an introduction and led the discussion on dealing with “stress”
It was followed by a short yoga practice guided by Jalil Sayeh. He also explained how Yoga helps in overcoming stress and anxiety. This was the first activity organized by the Library Student Cell which was attended by thirteen students and they were all were very happy with the activity. They expressed their desire to have more activities in the library.
