On Sunday, 21 November 2021, the first-year Occupational Therapy students with the class teacher Suzy Daher went for an orientation visit to the Karmal Psychiatric Hospital in Bethlehem.
The Head of Department Ms. Dyala Awadeh and supervisor Khadijha Shqerat talked about the hospital and the role of Occupational Therapy in mental health. After the lecture, the students visited the main areas of the hospital and participated in activities aimed at learning about mental health conditions.
