Target Group: Chefs, bakeries, housewives and anyone who is interested in baking.
Course Content: the course will cover the following topics:
- several methods for baking different cakes
- making various buttercream and custard based fillings
- working with different variations of Rolled Fondant (Homemade, marshmallow, Chocolate )
- Royal Icing
- decorating with modeling chocolate
- border and flower piping
- Pastillage
- Gum Paste
- Marzipan Modeling
- 3-dimentional cakes
Place: Bethlehem University – Institute of Hotel Management.

Course fee:
US$ 450 per participant, to be paid upon registration, which
covers training materials and Certificate of Completion that will be granted to
participants at the end of the course.
